Job summary

People's Association (PA) seeks a Senior Manager (M3 Engagement & Programmes) to lead ground-level implementation of the M³ framework. You will drive last-mile outreach, coordinate with PA, MUIS and Mendaki, and collaborate with community partners to deliver contextually relevant programmes for the Malay-Muslim community.

You will oversee town-level activities, manage secretariat functions, and report progress to the GCD's Office and IEE.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in community engagement or grassroots work.
• Experience with Malay-Muslim communities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M³@Town committee meetings and provide progress updates to PA and IE Section.
• Support planning and delivering programmes across M³ Focus Areas.
• Liaise with M³ ECO and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure coherent delivery on the ground.
• Develop volunteer recruitment and capability-building strategies for M³@Town.
• Lead outreach to Malay-Muslim families and oversee Project Dian engagement with residents.
• Maintain a town-level data repository on programmes and outreach; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Represent M³@Town at PA operations and major community events.
