Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks an operational leader to manage a fund administration team, delivering fund reporting and administration to real estate clients.

You will oversee service delivery, drive growth, optimize efficiency and set up reporting for complex multi-tier investment entities within the fund’s structure. You will lead a client-focused team across Asia-Pacific, coordinating with auditors and corporate secretaries, ensuring accurate IFRS/INREV reporting and NAV calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• CPA designation in a relevant jurisdiction.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience in accounting for real-estate funds/fund administration or international real-estate firm.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting and NAV calculations.
• Consolidate IFRS/INREV statements and reconcile GAAP to IFRS (PRC/JGAAP).
• Support acquisitions/dispositions across Asia-Pacific, including Japan, China, Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Coordinate with auditors, corporate secretary and counter-parties for full administration.
• Manage multiple clients daily and communicate with key client personnel.
• Drive growth by contributing to new business proposals and pricing discussions.

About the role:

This role is an operational leader and manages the work activities in a fund administration team in Singapore, providing fund reporting and administration to our real estate clients.

You will be responsible for the service delivery, growth, optimization and efficiency of the Investment Accounting & Reporting team. It includes overseeing and setting up the reporting requirements for various complex multi-tier investment entities in the fund’s structure.

Responsible for oversight of fund level and asset level reporting and coordination of client’s equity/loan contributions and distributions. Supports new business onboarding and initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Leading and overseeing a team to fulfill client’s reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually), preparation of the investment entities’ reporting, fund’s investor report and fund’s NAV calculation, conduct consolidation of IFRS/INREV based financial statements and reconciliation of local GAAP to IFRS such as PRC GAAP, JGAAP
• Provide hands‑on operational support to client for funds’ acquisitions/dispositions, covering investment jurisdiction in Asia, including Japan, China, Australia, Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong
• Coordinate with client’s auditor, corporate secretary, and all other counter‑parties internally and externally to provide full administrative support function to client.
• Daily management of multiple clients and communication with client’s key personnel
• Operational lead, manage client’s relationship and clients’ financials, including KPI management and monitoring product profitability
• Support team’s business growth by participating in discussions and preparing new business proposals/pricing

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Certified public accountant in a relevant jurisdiction
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with a few years of supervisory experience
• Prior experience in accounting for real‑estate funds/fund administration or relevant experience in a real‑estate investment firm with an international setting
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
