Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is seeking a General Manager/Senior Manager to oversee three food manufacturing factories/central kitchens, drive end-to-end operations, and lead the Production Manager/Team to achieve objectives. A strong focus on expanding B2B opportunities and building a world-class safety and quality culture is essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring KPI attainment, creating improvement plans, and maintaining ISO22000/HALAL compliance while managing fleet, logistics, and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Culinary Education / Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
• Analytical thinker with focus on action and outcomes.
• Proven track record of generating commercial growth.
• Excellent MS Office and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of three factories/central kitchens, including health & safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Identify and cultivate new B2B business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients to drive growth.
• Ensure KPIs for safety, production, quality, and costs are met.
• Lead and mentor Production Managers and teams to achieve objectives.
• Maintain ISO22000 and HALAL certifications.
• Plan shifts to ensure efficiency, quality and timely delivery.
• Create a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
