Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Ecosystem Effectiveness within NUSX to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across Ecosystem Strategy and Commercialisation. You will translate strategic direction into actionable programmes and coordinate cross-functional teams across the university ecosystem at Kent Ridge Campus.

The role requires 10–12 years in strategy, operations or related generalist roles, with a track record of working with senior leadership and multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, chief of staff, or a similar generalist role.
• Track record of operating across senior leadership and managing complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Strong organisational instincts and prioritisation abilities.
• Comfortable working across ambiguity and multiple priorities while keeping detail.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to turn briefs into clean documents.
• A finisher who drives initiatives to completion and holds others to the same standard.
• Familiarity with the Singapore startup/innovation/university ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional initiative management across enterprise-wide programmes.
• Support leadership discussions with structured decision capture and next steps.
• Lead initiatives from initiation through joint execution before handing off ownership.
• Track progress, flag risks early, ensure decisions are followed through.
