We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Chief Control Office, Global Payment Solutions.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Governance: Facilitate risk management discussions at key committees through effective reporting and communication of risk and control trends, issues, emerging risks, and initiatives. Own NFR-specific governance activities.
  • Risk Management SME: Serve as the key point of contact for NFR and Risk Management queries, especially related to GPS products and services.
  • Risk & Control Management & Awareness: Manage the execution of various risk and control activities across GPS Owned RCA. Increase risk and control awareness and support safe business change and growth through active risk management.
  • Audit Facilitation: Ensure audits are planned, executed, and reported effectively, working across functions. Implement audit recommendations and maintain a satisfactory level of audits.
  • Issue Read-Through: Monitor issues across the region to proactively mitigate risks based on control weaknesses or incidents elsewhere.
  • Escalation: Escalate issues and incidents according to GPS escalation criteria, track incidents to closure, and work with GPS functional partners to identify and remediate root causes.
  • Risk Issue Tracking: Collaborate with GPS ASP teams globally, regionally, and locally to proactively raise and track risk and control issues through Management Self-Identified Issues.
  • Program Support: Support the deployment of risk-related programs and projects (e.g., Conduct Program, Proximity Review, Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment). Challenge procedures, practices, and standards to ensure quality, effective risk management, and regulatory compliance.
