Job summary

The Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Bus Service Contract Management to lead the section responsible for managing bus service contracts under BCM. You will oversee performance of public bus operators and drive transition activities across awarded contracts.

You will monitor KPIs and contract conditions, process service variations, review processes, verify payments, and plan transitions with clear milestones to ensure smooth handovers and adequate funding across BCM

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ relevant experience in contract management/regulatory operations within government/public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in monitoring bus operator performance against KPIs and contract conditions.
• Oversee processing and implementation of service variations to support operations.
• Establish and review processes for effective management of contracted bus services and operations.
• Verify monthly payment requests from bus operators with internal stakeholders for prompt validation.
• Plan and lead transition activities when a change in bus operator occurs with clear milestones.
