Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute roadmaps for 3D integration and related semiconductor applications. The role requires supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading deployment of advanced packaging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of PVD/CVD/ALD and materials engineering.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of next-generation advanced packaging technologies leveraging PVD/CVD/ALD.
• Drive technology roadmaps for advanced packaging, 3D integration, and related semiconductor applications with customers and internal teams.
• Manage engineers in hardware characterization and qualification across extensive product ranges.
• Interact with key customers to resolve complex process engineering issues and High Value Problems.
• Ensure effective product/technology demonstrations and results.
• Lead collaboration with executive and junior managers for strategic execution.
• Lead market share improvement efforts across divisions.
