Job summary

5 Ways Engineering Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical professional in Singapore to support project costing, drawing submissions, and site supervision. You will prepare shop drawings and As-built documents using Autocad and BIM and ensure compliance with CP fire protection codes.

The role involves regular site visits, coordination with main contractor, engineers, and QS, and leading a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Singapore preferred.
• Experience with Autocad/BIM and CP fire protection codes (e.g., CP52, CP10) is essential.
• Ability to lead and communicate with workers, engineers and QS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare costing for new projects.
• Prepare shop/As built drawings for submission to authorities using Autocad/BIM.
• Prepare submission drawings for relevant authorities.
• Site visits for checking and inspection.
• Attend site coordination meetings and liaise with main contractor.
• Lead and coordinate with workers, engineers and quantity surveyors.
• Other related tasks as assigned by the company.
