Job summary

A food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage store operations, lead a team of chefs, and ensure the consistency of food quality and service standards. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for profits and operations of few stores while managing a team of experienced chef.
  • Ensuring outlets’ work processes are adequately planned and organized for efficiency and effectiveness. In charge of outlets’ compliance to SOP
  • Ensuring the consistency of food quality and service standards by the outlets. In charge of outlets’ compliance to HACCP principles and Occupational, Hazard & Safety
  • Ensuring outlets’ execution of marketing initiatives
  • Assisting and mentoring the team in achieving business goals and objectives.
  • Identify employee weaknesses and retrain as necessary.
  • Assist in new menu implementation.
  • Follow the outlet policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
