Both positions will involve maintaining and optimizing our managed services with a focus on Linux/Unix, scripting, SQL, and ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Linux/Unix-based systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automating routine tasks and system monitoring.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
