Job summary

Softvil Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior System Solution Engineer to design, implement and maintain Linux/Unix-based systems. The role requires 3-4 years of hands-on experience and on-site work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

You will develop automation scripts, manage SQL databases, and apply ITIL practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust IT solutions. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in system engineering and administration
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
