Job summary

PacificLight Energy Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to plan and execute preventive maintenance and condition monitoring programs at the Jurong Island site. You will lead a team to monitor asset life, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions across rotating and static equipment.

The role requires 8–10 years in power plants or related industries, with at least 3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience in power plants or related industries.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and carry out preventive/condition monitoring programs per OEM guidelines.
• Monitor and review asset life expectancy and report findings.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements for plant and equipment.
• Design short-term engineering solutions to resolve plant problems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
