Job summary

PacificLight Energy Pte Ltd. on Jurong Island is seeking a maintenance technician to identify defects, carry out routine and defect-based maintenance, and support safe and efficient plant operations.

You will work with contractors, contribute to asset maintenance planning, and maintain precise maintenance records. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience in a power plant or related industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a power plant or related industry.
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Willing to work beyond office hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report defective plant and equipment.
• Carry out routine and defect-based maintenance per plans.
• Assist with supervision of on-site maintenance contractors.
• Contribute to development of asset maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate plant history records of maintenance events.
• Support plant operation safely and efficiently to meet output requirements.
• Ensure maintenance guidelines are followed.
