Job summary

The role emphasizes distributed training, GenAI tooling, and robust ML pipelines in cloud and on-prem environments. A strong GPU-focused background and 10+ years in ETL/big data are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of GPU architecture and distributed training for large-scale models.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, PEFT techniques, and GenAI frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end ML systems in cloud- and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute large-scale model training and fine-tuning on multi-node clusters.
• Optimize training throughput and memory efficiency with distributed strategies.
• Design autonomous AI agents to automate manufacturing workflows.
• Implement agentic frameworks to orchestrate LLMs with internal APIs and data stores.
• Profile GPU performance bottlenecks and maximize hardware utilization.
• Build and maintain data/solution pipelines for ML models and GenAI apps.
