Job summary

ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior M365 & SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer to own and optimize our enterprise SharePoint environment (on-premises SE, hybrid, and Online) with hands-on SQL Server administration.

You will automate tasks with PowerShell and support Exchange/Teams/Skype for Business within a hybrid infrastructure. The role requires 6+ years of experience, strong HA/DR planning, and expertise across SharePoint, SQL Server, and collaboration services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience designing administering and troubleshooting enterprise-scale SharePoint farms and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE), SharePoint 2016/2019, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong hands-on database skills in Microsoft SQL Server including Always On Availability Groups, clustering, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Exchange Server/Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business Server.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain on-premises SharePoint Server farms and SharePoint Online environments.
• Lead farm patching cycles, CU, version upgrades, and DR readiness.
• Manage service applications, farm topologies, web applications, and site collection governance.
• Drive hybrid integration between on-premises farms and Microsoft 365 cloud services and provide Tier-3 troubleshooting.
