Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors on MRT-related works. You will plan materials, monitor delivery, and ensure installation follows approved drawings. Strong MRT project exposure and safety certification are required to manage on-site teams and foreign workers effectively. The role is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school level required.
• At least 5 years of site experience, MRT project exposure preferred.
• Knowledge in tunnel boring machines, tunnel plant operation & basic hydraulics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of supervising foreign workers and on-site safety requirements.
• Must hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor tradeworks subcontractors to meet project schedule and ensure installation aligns with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor site materials, control wastage and ensure timely delivery.
• Ability to interpret drawings and translate into on-site actions.
• Manage foreign workers on site and ensure safety compliance.
