Job summary

DP Architects PTE LTD is looking for an experienced M&E Site Supervision Officer in Singapore to oversee M&E works on projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. You will liaise with the Qualified Person(s) and coordinate with consultants and contractors on site.

Applicants should hold a Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering or Building, preferably be a Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES, and have a minimum of eight years of supervision

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/Building is required.
• Preferably Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Eight years minimum as RTO, including supervision of similar works.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Mechanical & Electrical installation works on projects and coordinate with consultants.
• Review drawings and specs, highlight deviations, and ensure quality and timely execution.
• Submit site reports weekly and maintain proper site documentation and records.
