Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant M&E building services experience in the building construction industry.
• At least 15 years of experience on projects of similar size and complexity.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with the current contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E site supervision team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide overall direction and management to achieve project objectives in accordance with requirements set by the Superintending Officer and consultants.
• Oversee major M&E works for large-scale building construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Administer contracts and supervise project execution in accordance with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
• Manage and oversee Quality Site Supervision (QSS) manpower deployment based on project schedules and operational requirements.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination and integration across project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee interface management processes, including interface registers, coordination workflows, and resolution of integration issues.
• Ensure the welfare, performance, and effective deployment of site supervision personnel.
