Job summary

ADEN M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent site supervisor to lead electrical projects on-site, coordinate M&E works with architecture, structure and other trades, and ensure timely delivery.

You will plan work, schedule equipment usage, supervise workshop personnel, prepare technical reports, monitor progress, and uphold safety, housekeeping, and regulatory standards, including WSH compliance. Weekend and overnight shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating on project site.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
• Plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
• Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule. Report and highlight project-related issues, changes, or delays to the internal project team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and health regulations and site environmental standards.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes in a clear and timely manner.
• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager/Engineer.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the workplace.
• Assist in material inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural, and other building services.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, work progress, inspections, and site activities.
