Job summary

Ters Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee building and infrastructure supervision with focus on quality and safety, applying M&E engineering expertise and ensuring project timelines.

Based in Singapore, the role involves coordinating with project teams, managing shift work, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Diploma in mechanical/electrical discipline and QSS accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising buildings works, preferably with LTA bus depot projects.
• Diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control.
• Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee building & infrastructure construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively
• Apply knowledge of M&E engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods
• Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision
