Job summary

Grandtech Construction is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support on-site coordination and submission of materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.

You will manage M&E works on site, resolve site issues, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with authorities for commissioning. A passed M&E coordination course and 4–5 years of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
