Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Coordinator to support on-site M&E works, prepare and submit materials and shop drawings for consultants' approval, and coordinate progress with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant M&E industry experience, proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD, and the ability to liaise with authorities for project commissioning. This is an on-site role in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess 2-3 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
