in Singapore is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer (M&E) to lead the M&E supervision on major building projects, ensuring compliance with codes, quality standards, and safety, while coordinating with QP(MEP). The role requires a PEBC Singapore-recognised ME&E degree, preferably a Registered Resident Engineer with IES, with at least 10 years in M&E building services and 8 years on sizable projects.

Qualifications

• PEB-recognised Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree.
• Preferably Registered Resident Engineer with IES.
• Minimum 10 years of M&E building services experience in construction.
• At least 8 years on large projects with buildings or utilities works.
• Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary integration across trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works directed by QP(MEP).
• Plan roster shifts and ensure welfare of personnel.
• Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve M&E design and technical issues.
• Lead and resolve integration and interfacing issues across trades.
• Maintain familiarity with codes, QC procedures and progress reporting.
