Job summary

Lead plan rosters, supervise personnel welfare, and resolve design and technical issues with QP(MEP) and other QP leaders. You will ensure compliance with codes and progressive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in mechanical and electrical engineering recognised by PEB of Singapore.
• Preferably accredited as Registered Resident Engineer with IES.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in M&E building services in building construction industry.
• At least 8 years on projects similar in size and complexity: major construction works in buildings or utilities services laying, testing, and commissioning.
• Proficient in coordinating multi-disciplinary integration between trades and packages.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E Supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by QP(MEP).
• Plan roster shift duties and ensure welfare of personnel.
• Work with QP(D)/QP(S) to resolve M&E design and technical issues.
• Lead and resolve integration and interfacing issues across trades.
• Conversant with statutory codes, quality control procedures, and progress reporting.

Education

Mechanical and Electrical Engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore

Registered Resident Engineer with IES (preferred)
