Job summary

WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to oversee all cost and contractual matters on the Main and Sub-contracts for the project in Singapore. Responsibilities include preparing monthly progress claims, variation orders, and payments to subcontractors, and managing project budget and cost control.

You will handle post-contract administration for Main Contract and Subcontracts, monitor financials to keep projects on budget, and liaise with consultants, QS,

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in M&E tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects worth at least $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors.
• Manage and report project budget and cost control.
• Post-contracts administration for Main Contract and Subcontracts.
• Monitor financial aspects to ensure project stays within budget.
• Liaise with consultants, QS, architects, developers and contractors on claim certification.
• Source viable, reasonably priced materials across project stages.
• Advise management on contract position from tender stage with understanding of contractual rights.
