in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer or M&E Manager to lead coordination and technical management of mechanical and electrical works, ensuring compliance with client standards and timely project delivery through collaboration with consultants, clients, and subcontractors. You will oversee site supervision, prepare method statements, shop drawings, testing and commissioning sheets, attend meetings, review reports and claims, and drive safety practices on site in line

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (PEB-accredited).
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or M&E Manager.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to monitor and report on the progress of M&E works.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, sample units, testing and commissioning (T&C) sheets, and work progress reports for M&E projects.
• Design equipment systems including Air Handling Units, Computer Room Air Handling Units, Cooling Towers, and ensure high-quality construction with safety compliance.
• Attend project meetings including site, progress, variation, and coordination sessions.
• Inspect and supervise M&E works such as concreting, pavement, drainage, compaction, concrete curing, formwork, props management, and erection of precast/steel components.
• Provide leadership to Resident Technical Officers for effective site supervision.
• Coordinate with safety team to oversee WASH and aerodrome safety management systems and safe working practices on site.
• Verify accuracy of reports and claims related to M&E works and ensure validity.
• Resolve queries from main contractors and coordinate onsite works to maintain project flow.
