Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Manager to supervise M&E works at City Hall and Seletar project sites.

Workweek is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with duties across coordination, site leadership, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and have at least 15 years in main contractor or subcontractor settings, with preference for project experience in condominiums, commercial buildings, data centres,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in main contractor or subcontractor.
Prefer candidates with project experience in condominiums, commercial buildings, data centres, AEI projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, in compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
Liaise, coordinate, and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters to keep projects on track.
Coordinate and lead the site team, including M&E engineers, structural engineers, and architectural coordinators, to ensure quality and meet specifications.
Attend all project site CCM meetings and resolve technical issues.
Ensure timely submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements aligned with master schedule deadlines.
Oversee M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring work follows approved drawings and statements.
Attend and resolve M&E issues during the DLP period.
Involve in D&B project activities together with consultants and architects.
