Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Engineer/Coordinator to oversee M&E works on a high-rise condo project.

You will administer M&E documents, participate in tendering for M&E contracts, and manage daily site activities with cross-department coordination. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in large-scale building projects; prior experience with main contractor environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in large-scale building projects preferred.
• Experience working for a main contractor is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer M&E documents and involvement in tender for M&E contracts.
• Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
• Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
• Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.
