Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an M&E Manager in Singapore, with a 5-day work week from 8.30am to 5.30pm and an office at City Hall.

The role involves a project at Seletar and requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in main contractor or subcontractor. Responsibilities include coordinating and leading the site M&E team, ensuring timely submissions, liaising with clients and authorities, and resolving technical issues during CCM,

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in main contractor or subcontractor.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure M&E works are completed on time and compliant with standards, codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors on M&E matters to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead site team of M&E engineers, structural engineers and architectural coordinators to meet specifications.
• Attend project site CCM meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely submission of M&E shop drawings, material submissions and method statements in line with the master schedule.
• Oversee M&E staff and subcontractors ensuring work follows approved drawings and statements.
• Review consultant drawings/specs, issue RFIs or resolve with teams.
• Manage M&E monthly meetings and oversee DLP issues.
• Participate in D&B projects with consultants and architects.
