NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end M&E EPC/EPCM projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning, ensuring adherence to contracts and client expectations.

The role requires strong technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, with proven leadership in large-scale projects and travel readiness to site locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of PM experience in M&E EPC/EPCM.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale engineering projects.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and cleanroom systems.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&E EPC and EPCM projects per contract, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedules, budgets and risk.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for delays or issues.
• Manage budgets and monitor costs to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and review project cost reports and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost control.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Provide direction for timely project delivery.
• Maintain communication with clients, contractors and senior management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage changes and variations per contract terms.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Participate in contract negotiations and variations.
• Implement quality control to meet standards and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress.
