Job summary

SHIMIZU-SSANGYONG-KIMLY JOINT VENTURE is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager for a major building project in Singapore. You will oversee M&E works from construction to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with drawings and specs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Building Services or related discipline and at least 10 years of M&E experience on large projects, with strong subcontractor and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of M&E experience in major buildings or projects.
• Proven ability to manage M&E subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Strong site management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Director, Construction Managers, and other teams.
• Lead M&E works from construction through testing and handover.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and critical activities.
• Perform regular site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and integrated systems testing.
• Provide mentoring to M&E engineers and site teams.
