Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced senior M&E engineer to lead coordination of mechanical and electrical works on our projects. You will plan, schedule, supervise and monitor site progress, ensure works comply with approved drawings and method statements, liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, and coordinate with other departments to resolve on-site issues.

Candidates should hold a degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (PE Board

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.
PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry for senior role.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.

Responsibilities

Support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
Plan/schedule and coordinate M&E works.
Project coordination, supervision, and monitoring of site progress.
Coordinate M&E work with other departments to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
Oversee works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials and method statements.
Ensure quality work to meet CONQUAS and QM requirements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E issues.
Handle ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
