Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior M&E Engineer to support the construction team on M&E works, plan scheduling, coordinate activities, and supervise site progress. You will ensure adherence to drawings, materials, and method statements while maintaining quality to meet CONQUAS/QM requirements.

Expect cross-department collaboration with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering; PE board recognized degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction industry experience (senior role).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate M&E activities.
• Coordinate project, supervise and monitor site progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues on site.
• Oversee works to follow approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Ensure quality to meet CONQUAS and QM requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
