PeopleSearch is seeking an accomplished Project Director to take full accountability for a portfolio of large and complex M&E projects across data centre, residential and office fit-out segments. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Business Unit General Manager and overseeing several concurrent projects managed by Project Managers or Senior Project Managers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant M&E/construction leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects (data centres, residential, office fit-out).
• Certifications such as PE, PMP or Chartered Engineer are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of large, complex M&E projects from award to handover.
• Monitor schedule, cost, quality, safety and risk across all projects; drive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, standards and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and government agencies.
• Lead executive meetings, drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage contractual, commercial and financial performance, including variations and claims.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure governance compliance.
• Lead resolution of disputes and provide strategic direction on risks and conflicts.
• Review budgets, forecasts and cash flow; provide monthly performance reports.
• Provide technical guidance in at least one M&E discipline and support design coordination.
• Mentor and develop project teams and promote safety and accountability.
• Champion integrity and anti-corruption policies; oversee compliance actions.
