Job summary

CMP Consultants Pte Ltd invites five experienced M&E Engineers for a major airport development at Changi East. The role focuses on construction supervision and contract administration, not design, supporting the Superintending Officer’s Representative team.

You will review M&E submissions, supervise site works and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery of terminal, airfield, utilities and airport system works.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in MEP engineering or project management.
• Experience in construction contract administration for terminal buildings, major infrastructure or mixed-use development.
• Strong site coordination, inspection, reporting and communication skills.
• Airport, airfield, utilities or large infrastructure experience advantageous.
• Able to work full-time at the project site.
• Mobilisation within ~4 weeks after client acceptance.
• Appointment subject to project award, interview and client approval.

This is primarily a construction supervision and contract administration position, not an M&E design role.
