Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer (Hands-On) to provide preventive maintenance support for ACMV services, supervise site works, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in ACMV installation, a Diploma/Degree in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering, and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation is essential; MS Project/PMOK knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in air-conditioning installation or ACMV projects.
• Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Able to handle schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, including preparing quotations/POs, resolving technical issues promptly, and carrying out other duties assigned by management.
