Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a hands-on M&E Engineer to provide technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repairs of ACMV systems. You will supervise site works, coordinate with subcontractors and trades, and ensure compliance with schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in air-conditioning installation or ACMV projects.
• Diploma/Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
• Able to handle schematics, as-built drawings, O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills, with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, consultants, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion, including preparing quotations/POs, resolving technical issues promptly, and carrying out other duties assigned by management.
