Job summary

KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to lead coordination of M&E services for underground MRT projects, ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications, and drive timely delivery.

The role requires at least 5 years in an A1 Main Contractor and recognition by LTA as M&E Coordinator, with strong design capabilities and ability to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have Specialist Diploma in M&E or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of working experience in an A1 Main Contractor for underground MRT projects and must be accepted by LTA as M&E Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish project objectives within scope, time, cost and quality constraints.
• Demonstrate strong technical design capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and clients’ specifications.
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CCSM/SEM models and drawings for submission.
• Integrate Civil, Architectural and M&E designs and coordinate with consultants during design development for tenders.
• Plan and lead sub-contractors to drive timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works.
• Provide technical advice and resolve all M&E issues.
• Report progress of M&E works and arrange site inspections with contractors and clerk-of-works.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and maintain zero accidents in the workplace.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
