Job summary

EWC Professional Hub Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Project Engineer to manage client-facing projects and ensure alignment with company objectives.

You will oversee project execution, coordinate with engineers, and guarantee compliance with local codes. The role requires a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years in M&E consulting, strong knowledge of building services, and proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E consulting.
• Strong knowledge of building M&E systems and local code requirements.
• Familiar with design and building projects and applicable codes of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM is a plus.
• Able to guide junior engineers and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to meet company objectives and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and report status to management.
• Assist engineers with day-to-day issues and ensure compliance.
• Review works of engineers to ensure compliance with local authority requirements.

Job description

Project Client Management:

• Excellent execution of project towards company objectives and client satisfaction
• Good understanding of job nature
• Monitor progress of project and update project status to Superior & Finance Department
• Being efficient & manage project efficiently
• To assist engineers in day-to-day issues

Technical Competencies:

• Good understanding of local code requirements
• Good engineering knowledges in relation to company services offered(eg. M&E professional services, Green Mark Related work etc.)
• Help to review the works of the engineers assigned to you, with the objective of compliance to local authority requirements coupled with sound engineering principals

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E consulting firm.
• Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / BIM software is an added advantage.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Able to work as a team, assertive, independant and proactive.
