Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of M&E coordination experience on building/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with LTA exposure preferred.
• Proficient in M&E coordination, contract administration and professional practice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M&E design progress against submission schedules and timelines.
• Review design drawings for missing information, clashes, or constructability issues.
• Coordinate M&E design coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate drawing schedules and timely release of construction drawings.
• Collaborate with BIM modelers to prepare accurate shop drawings.
• Support construction team with approvals documentation (submissions, specs, method statements).
• Resolve on-site technical issues with proper documentation.
