Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of M&E coordination experience in Singapore construction.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations and submission procedures.
• Proficient in reviewing drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to align with design specifications, project schedule, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans to identify discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve technical and site issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor M&E progress on site, track work schedules, and prepare progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input on M&E matters.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Issue MR for QS to order materials.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
