Job summary

TOTAL FACILITY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks engineers for Construction, M&E and CSA. You will lead mechanical projects from tendering through completion, with emphasis on design, budgeting, and schedule management.

Responsibilities include team leadership, preparing scopes and proposals, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery in semiconductor/pharma environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in construction management for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical engineering works from concept to project completion.
• Lead project team and manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Prepare design briefs, tender docs, and vendor proposals.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants/Main Contractors and clients.
• Oversee site activities, testing, commissioning, and handover.
