Job summary

Shimizu Corporation, Singapore Office is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead all mechanical and electrical works from design development through testing, commissioning and handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, vendors and internal project teams to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 10 years M&E construction experience including 3 years in a leadership role, and proven delivery of large-scale data

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 10+ years of M&E construction experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre projects or other mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all M&E works from design development through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate M&E activities with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Review and monitor project schedules to ensure M&E deliverables align with milestones.
• Identify project risks, constraints, and technical issues, and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Lead coordination meetings, technical workshops, and progress reviews.
