Job summary

DKSH Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions to support end-to-end deal execution within Corporate Development. You will perform financial modelling, due diligence coordination, data analysis, and contribute to post-merger integration planning.

The role requires 2–3 years in M&A or corporate finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial analysis and modelling, including valuation.
• Ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience with cross-border deals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A initiatives, including target screening, financial analysis, due diligence, and approvals.
• Collect and analyze financial data on targets to inform strategic fit.
• Build and maintain DCF and other financial models.
• Coordinate due diligence, trackers, data room, and information requests.
• Prepare content for internal presentations and decision papers.
• Assist drafting of transaction documents for signing and closing.
• Contribute to post-merger integration planning and tracking.
• Provide analytical support for market mapping and business cases.
