Ethos is seeking experienced M&A integration managers to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and project-based on-demand work, paying $100 per hour.

Applicants should have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a major company, expert PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to produce board materials for live transactions with clear, concise writing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.
