Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior leader to head corporate development and M&A, focusing on AI-driven presentation workflows. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated deck materials for board and management discussions, target screening, and integration planning.

Work is fully remote with flexible hours. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A, expert PowerPoint skills, and meticulous written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials
• Collaborate with deal teams to tailor materials for live transactions and investor discussions
• Ensure high quality visuals and messaging across all board and committee materials
• Maintain a rapid turnaround process for iterative updates and new scenarios
