Job summary

Kerry Consulting is seeking an experienced M&A/Funds lawyer for an infrastructure investment firm. The role focuses on investment, fund-related and corporate transactions, with responsibilities spanning structuring, negotiation, execution, and broad commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management while collaborating with leadership across investment and finance teams.

Qualifications

• PQE of 10+ years in private funds and M&A advised.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with commercial focus.
• In-house experience in private equity or investment management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal support across investment, fund-related and corporate transactions.
• Structure, negotiate and execute investment transactions and related agreements.
• Draft and review a broad range of commercial and transactional documents.
• Advise on regulatory, governance and risk management matters with senior leaders.
