Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Designer in Singapore to lead visual directions for product displays and regional markets. You will educate teams, develop guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns and events with a focus on immersive brand experiences.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, manage multiple projects with precision, and leverage SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop to craft innovative, high-quality presentations and displays.

Qualifications

• A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
• At least 4 years’ working experience in visual merchandising / interior decoration / graphic design / events design.
• Experience in cosmetics or luxury consumer industry is preferable.
• Background in providing training is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to educate and train Visual Merchandisers and Retail teams.
• Connect and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region with guidelines for layouts, details, and campaign design.
• Conceptualize, create and develop innovative displays and events aligned with brand image.
• Be energized by creating immersive and visually striking brand experiences.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Solve design challenges with creativity and precision.
• Manage multiple projects with ownership and attention to detail.
