Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
• 4+ years in visual merchandising / interior decoration / graphic design / events design; luxury cosmetics preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide visual merchandising directions for product displays across markets.
• Create guidelines for layouts, technical details, and campaign design direction.
• Develop innovative displays and events aligned with Chanel brand image.
• Educate and train Visual Merchandisers and Retail teams; connect VM community.
