Job summary

Chanel in Singapore seeks a Senior Visual Merchandising Designer to drive high‑quality, cohesive display directions across the region. You will educate regional teams, develop guidelines, and shape campaign design for immersive brand experiences.

You bring 4+ years in visual merchandising or related fields, strong leadership, and proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Fluency in English and independent yet collaborative work style are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in visual merchandising, interior decoration, graphic design or events design.
• Experience in cosmetics or luxury consumer industry preferred.
• Experience in training others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create product displays and merchandising guidelines to educate and train Visual Merchandisers and Retail teams.
• Connect and animate the Visual Merchandising community through digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ensure proper merchandising execution throughout the region through creating different guidelines for visual layouts, technical details, and campaign design direction.

About the Role

As the Senior Visual Merchandising Designer, you will provide excellent & creative visual merchandising directions for product displays and designated markets to ensure brand’s high quality, homogenous image and proper execution across the region.

What You Will Bring

• A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
• At least 4 years’ working experience in visual merchandising / interior decoration / graphic design / events design environment, preferably with cosmetics or luxury consumer industry. Background in providing training will be a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
